STEM & Pizza Project

Bethel Community Service STEM and PIZZA after school program for the month of April 2014 was a huge success! The students ranging in age from 7 to 13 were able to complete an assortment of experiments that included making a battery using lemons, producing giant bubbles with dry ice, and making an egg float in a glass of water. Caltrans also sent a team of engineers to do a demonstration that included building a replica of The World's Longest Self-Anchored Suspension Span The San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge.
